1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zlinkoo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Zlinkoo is a SaaS platform that allows users to create customizable bio link pages, share links, and access analytics & web tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2.1. Advertising & Compliance

Zlinkoo may display advertisements provided by third-party networks, including Google AdSense. By using the service, you agree to allow the placement of such advertisements on your public bio-link pages. Zlinkoo reserves the right to disable advertising on any user-generated page that violates Google AdSense Program Policies or our own content guidelines.  

3. Account Registration

To use Zlinkoo, you must register and maintain an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for all content (links, images, text, etc.) you upload or share via Zlinkoo. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates our policies.

5. Payment and Subscription

Certain Zlinkoo features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable fees and billing terms. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

ETB payouts are calculated based on the platform's internal exchange rate at the time of withdrawal." This protects your margins if the rate shifts significantly.

6. Prohibited Uses & Content Standards

You may not use Zlinkoo to host, link to, or promote:

• Copyrighted Material: Content you do not own or have the right to distribute.

• Adult Content: Pornography or highly suggestive material.

• Dangerous Goods: Sale of weapons, drugs, or regulated substances.

• Deceptive Practices: Phishing, "get rich quick" schemes, or fraudulent redirects.
• Malware: Any links that trigger automatic downloads or contain viruses.  

Enforcement: Zlinkoo utilizes automated and manual monitoring. Accounts found violating these standards will be terminated immediately without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including code, design, and branding, is the property of Zlinkoo and may not be reproduced without permission. User-uploaded content remains the property of the user.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zlinkoo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor do we guarantee that your content will always be accessible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zlinkoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify you. Continued use of Zlinkoo after updates constitutes your acceptance.
